TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction:

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the provision of coaching services by Sancti Wellness Ltd ("Company"), represented by Coach Georgia St John-Smith. By engaging in our coaching services, clients ("Client") agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Service Details:

The Company provides coaching services online via live video meeting software. The frequency and duration of sessions are determined by the agreed package: Shooting Star (Weekly), Sunshine (Twice per Month), or Lunar (Monthly). Methods of communication include email and live sessions, with occasional Telegram support and program workbooks.

3. Terms and Duration:

The minimum duration for a coaching relationship is 6 months. The start and end dates will be specified in the individual coaching agreement.

4. Fees and Payment Terms:

Coaching fees are outlined based on the selected package. Payment is due in full for the 6 months or on a monthly payment schedule. Monthly payments must be cleared before each session. Late payments require a 48-hour notice, and flexibility is at the coach's discretion.

5. Payment Adherence and Late Payment Policy

Payment Schedule and Adherence:
- Payments for coaching services must be made according to the agreed schedule, either in full or through the monthly instalment plan.
- Payments are due before each coaching session. Clients are required to adhere to the payment schedule without any interruptions. Payments cannot be paused or deferred for any reason.
Late Payment Notification:
- In the event of a late payment, clients must notify Sancti Wellness Ltd at least 48 hours before the scheduled coaching session. Failure to notify us in advance will result in a late payment fee.
Late Payment Fee:
- A late payment fee of £150 will be applied for each missed or late payment. This fee is in addition to the regular coaching fees and must be paid promptly.
No Refunds:
- All payments are non-refundable. If the client cancels or discontinues the coaching relationship, the full amount due under the current payment schedule remains payable. There are no refunds for any part of the fees paid or for sessions missed due to late payments or cancellations.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Clients must give at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may result in a lost session at the coach's discretion. If a client cancels a session, they must continue payments if on a plan and will not be refunded if they have paid in full.

7. Confidentiality:

Confidentiality is maintained in the coaching relationship, with exceptions for risk of harm, legal obligations, client consent, and supervision or consultation.

8. Code of Conduct:

The Company adheres to a Code of Conduct including maintaining confidentiality, respecting clients, setting clear boundaries, providing competent services, obtaining informed consent, upholding professionalism, and offering constructive feedback.

9. Termination Clause:

The coach can terminate the relationship if it is deemed not beneficial for both parties. The client can only terminate if they evidence the effective implementation of coaching principles without results, providing sufficient evidence.

10. Legal Jurisdiction:

This Agreement is governed by UK law.
